Tamara de la Camp
President & CEO

Tamara de la Camp brings nearly 20 years of federal contracting expertise to Vet-Fed Resources, having served in a number of operations and business development positions with small, mid-sized, and large federal contractors. Through her executive level experience in rapidly growing small businesses, Ms. de la Camp understands the infrastructure development and corporate/project management needs of emerging enterprises and their importance in service delivery ability. Most recently, Ms. de la Camp directed operations and managed the human capital business unit for a 1,500 person firm that had graduated out of the 8(a) program early due to explosive growth. She personally has managed programs ranging in size from 1 to more than 1,800 employees, delivering IT/consulting and staffing solutions to Homeland Security, Health and Human Services, State Department, Treasury, Justice, and other agencies.

A fervent believer in the value offered to government by small and mid-sized firms working in partnership, Ms. de la Camp actively reaches out to and works closely with many such firms—as well as large businesses—in order to respond effectively to client requirements.

Ms. de la Camp graduated from the University of California, Berkeley, (A.B., Comparative Literature) and holds a Masters of Science degree from The George Washington University (MS, Management Information Systems)..
