Principal
Keith Moore is a Principal with Vet-Fed Resources,Inc., a Service-Disabled, Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), headquartered in Falls Church, Virginia. His experience encompasses staffing solutions, business relationship partnering and development, homeland security policy, industry stakeholder relationship management and networking, government relations, and project management. His recent experience at The Department of Homeland Security (Transportation Security Administration) includes lead management experience over aviation transportation programs and regulatory intelligence information protection initiatives.
As a Senior Advisor at TSA, Mr. Moore was the primary point of contact for policy on a variety of security programs that covered vetting of passengers, baggage, cargo, associated biometrics, and Homeland Security Presidential Directives. Additionally, he took on the duties of managing an intelligence information protection division that successfully addressed statutory regulation concerns from the DHS, GAO, and Congress. As Special Assistant to the Deputy Administrator, he led various leadership initiatives that shaped future plans for research and development funding, industry initiatives, TSA business transformation and culture, and Department transportation priorities.
Mr. Moore began his career in Washington, D.C. as an energy attorney for the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission. Subsequently, he was an associate in a Federal lobbying firm where he represented Fortune 500 company interests on Capitol Hill and created life-long relationships within both The House of Representatives and The Senate. He honed his customer/client relationship management skills while managing business development, client relations, marketing, and attorney recruitment for a national legal placement firm. He later worked with a Venture Capital Firm where he co-founded and launched a privacy/security data compliance resource company, specializing in marketing a “virtual bench” of independent consultants with expertise in the following business verticals: Healthcare (HIPAA) financial (GLB/Patriot Act), and European Union (Safe Harbor). As a Vice President, he coordinated efforts to establish a group of data compliance consulting professionals who worked on security and privacy audit projects. He identified and qualified partnership and alliances to develop new marketing channels and advance sales. In addition to project management, he negotiated teaming agreements with various sales alliance entities to minimize investment and maximize return for the VC.
Mr. Moore is an attorney in good standing, holds a J.D. in law from New England School of Law in Boston Massachusetts, has a B.A. in Economics from Villanova University, and holds a Top Secret Security Clearance.
