PACTS FUNCTIONAL CATEGORY TWO Overview: Vet-Fed Resources, Inc. is a prime
contractor for the Department of Homeland Security-wide Program Management,
Administrative, Clerical, and Technical Services (PACTS) Indefinite Delivery
Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract. The PACTS contract is a Service
Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vehicle. Vet-Fed was
awarded a prime contract in Functional Category Two—Administrative
Services. Vet-Fed will compete for
work with the other companies who were awarded PACTS contracts in Functional
